Join the Field House Museum on January 6 at 1pm for our first Speaker Series event of the year as we partner with Cassie Brand, Curator of Rare Books at Washington University Library. For this Facebook Live presentation Ms. Brand will be showcasing some of the splendidly and uniquely bound volumes from the Rare Books Collection at the John M. Olin Library. Plus enjoy a sneak peek at the collection housed in our very own Eugene Field Library with Special Collections Curator, Nikole Meyer!

About the Speaker:
Cassie Brand is the Washington University Library’s Curator of Rare Books and has worked to create engaging programming, library guides, and exhibits. Brand is creator of the guides for Rare Books, Declaration of Independence, and Humanities Research Hub: Workshop Series for Graduate Students in the Humanities. She has also been featured in many publications regarding her work with rare books and the permanent exhibit “A Declaration” on display in the John M. Olin Library.
